Jill Dugan - Owner and Designer of Design Roulette & Dugan Hat Co. I’m originally from Ohio but have had the opportunity to bounce around the lower 48 states working, living, and exploring.

Why “Design Roulette”? Great question! I have a variety of interests so visiting my website and social media pages will be like playing Roulette - it’s a gamble and a surprise of what you’re going to see. It might be western themed, might see some super bright “Saved by the Bell” awesomeness, or it could be proud ‘Merica’ vibes. I have a dark side, nerdy side, playful side, outdoorsy side, athletic side, and I’m sure some sides that I don’t know I have yet… all will show up in my artwork.

Dugan Hat Co? Yes! It’s official, I can make my own hats. The Dugan Hat Company branded hats are made of rabbit fur felt and allow me the opportunity to make the perfect fitting hat. Don’t worry, the whittle rabbits are not harmed, their fur is simply shaved and goes through a felting process.
